SnapShots

I've added a new function to my blog with SnapShots.  SnapShots is a widget that enhances links by providing visual previews of the destination site.  Mouse over (but don't click) this link to my website to see what I mean.

This is especially handy for the visual person (like me) who doesn't like wasting a lot of time clicking through to ugly, boring, disappointing websites!  Of course, I'd never put links like that on MY blog... :)

To customize SnapShots here at The Potbelly Pixie, simply scroll to the bottom of the right-hand (mauve) column and follow the directions under SnapShots.

A huge shout of thanks to fantabulous bear artist (and supremely cool person) Kim Basta of Wild Thyme Originals for this.  She had SnapShots on her blog and that was where I first stumbled onto this awesome utility that some might find cool and useful.  Thanks for being a trendsetter, Kim!
